Chaos is issuing in Isingiro West County Constituency as an MP candidate colludes with Lawyers to set LC1 Court to intimidate witnesses in an election petition case
Anthony Tumwesigye together with his Lawyers are accused of allegedly setting up LC1 Court to take away the power of the High Court and victimise Arinaitwe Rauben ‘s witnesses.
While the Election Petition is awaiting allocation and commencement of hearing Tumwesigye Anthony, the first Respondent and his Agents are allegedly colluding to set up LC1 Courts to Intimidate witnesses of Petitioner, Arinaitwe Rauben, the current MP.
Source in the constituency informed this media house that Anthony Tumwesigye and his lawyers are trying to usurp powers of High court in trying to handle a case outside their jurisdiction.
