Kizza Usama Arafat Departs KCCA FC: A Farewell to a Stellar Journey

The former Busiro Masaza star, Kizza Usama Arafat, has officially bid farewell to KCCA Football Club, where he has been showcasing his skills since 2021. His time at the club has come to an end following the expiration of his contract.

Arafat made the move to KCCA FC from Busiro after impressive performances that caught the eye of the club’s management. Over the past four years, he has made a significant impact, netting 15 goals and providing 13 assists.

In a heartfelt statement posted on his social media platforms, Usama expressed his gratitude to the coaches, management, and the entire club, which he credits for his growth as player.

 “I want to start by expressing my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been part of my journey at KCCA FC. My time at this incredible club has come to an end, and I am truly thankful for the support, guidance, and opportunities I’ve received.

To the management, coaches, staff, and my teammates — thank you for believing in me and helping me grow as a player and as a person. I will always carry the lessons and memories from this club with me.

It has been an honor to wear the KCCA FC badge, and I wish the club continued success in the years ahead.” The statement reads.

Kizza Usama Arafat has completed his move to Entebbe-based Vipers SC, where he will become the club’s eighth signing of the season.

Other notable signings at Vipers include; Robin Kane Hney, Mark Yallah, Taddeo Lwanga, Odili Chukwuma, Kevin Dasylva Bady, Ashraf Mandela, and Enock Ssebaggala.
