Ssegona’s Next Move after Being Dropped by NUP

KYENGERA – The Busiro East County Legislator, Hon. Medard Lubaga Ssegona has publicly stated that he is not surprised with the outcomes of the National Unity Platform party’s Vetting Committee which denied him the flag and instead handed it over Sir Mathias Walukagga a veteran Kandongo Kamuntu Singer and the current to Mayor for Kyengera town council.

“I was not surprised by the results from the vetting committee because, expected it and I was ready for the outcomes.” Remarked Ssegona

The furious Legislator , promised that by closure of business tomorrow (Wednesday) , he will unveil his next move.

On Monday evening around 10 pm, the social media was awash with the news about National Unity Platform party flag bearers for the members of parliament across the country.

Many incumbents especially in Buganda region lost to New party members, a move that has left many helpless.

Before heading for his Campaigns in Busoga region on Monday, NUP Party President, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu called upon all those who will receive the party tickets to work closely with those that may have not been selected to push forward the party agenda.
