Egypt have won more medals at the All Africa Games 2024 in Ghana, leading the world with a total of 94 medals. Egypt won 53 gold, 21 silver and 20 bronze medals.
Nigeria is now second with 48 medals including 22 gold, 10 silver and 16 bronze. Algeria is third with 66 medals but has 18 fewer silver medals than Nigeria, 23 silver and 25 bronze.

South Africa finished fourth with 66 medals, Tunisia fifth with 43 and so on. Uganda is ranked 10th with seven medals including one gold, three silver and three bronze.
Uganda is represented in various sports including men’s and women’s football, cricket, badminton, weightlifting, rugby, cycling, swimming, table tennis and others.
