*Livingstone Vs Dmark Power – 2pm
*JKL Dolphins Vs KIU Titans – 4pm
*UCU Canons Vs City Oilers – 6pm

In a highly anticipated matchup, the City Oilers are set to clash with the UCU Canons at the YMCA Court on Easter Monday, aiming to cap off the first round of the 2024 National Basketball League with a victory.

With nine wins and just one loss so far in the season, the City Oilers are eager to secure their tenth win and maintain their dominance in the league.

Their only defeat came at the hands of Nam Blazers in a closely contested match, with a final score of 54-60.

However, they have since bounced back with four consecutive wins against KCCA Panthers, Kampala Rockets, Livingstone, and JT Jaguars.

All eyes will be on Fayed Baale, Rogers Dauna, and Titus Lual as they gear up to face their former team, the UCU Canons.

Dauna, in particular, will be facing UCU for the first time since joining the Oilers this season.

However, both Baale and Lual were part of the Oilers in the two regular season victories against UCU last seasons.

Despite facing an injury setback that sidelined for some games, Lual recently returned to the court and will be available for selection, adding depth to the Oilers’ roster.

On the other side of the court, the UCU Canons have displayed a strong performance, winning five out of their seven games in the season so far.

Their recent victory against Nam Blazers, with a score of 65-53, showcased the team’s resilience and determination.

Jimmy Otim’s return proved to be pivotal in the victory, as he led the team with a game-high 17 points.
