•Nabisunsa Vs Magic Stormers – 7pm
•City Oilers Vs Livingstone – 9pm

City Oilers will hope to make light work of Livingstone as the two sides meet in the National Basketball League on Wednesday at the Lugogo Indoor Arena.

The Oilers, boasting an impressive record of nine consecutive league titles, will be the heav favourites against the newcomers Livingstone.

Following a setback against Nam Blazers earlier this month, the City Oilers have swiftly bounced back with two consecutive victories over KCCA Panthers and Kampala Rockets.

Coach Andrew Tendo, eyeing another victory, may once againopt to test the depth of his squad as it was against Kampala Rockets on Sunday, particularly after standout performances from players like Edrine Walujjo, Rogers Baptist Dauna, and Benjamin Kawumi.

However, uncertainties loom over the availability of Titus Lual and Allawi Ssenkubuge, who missed the previous game and remain questionable for the upcoming clash.

On the other side of the court, Livingstone enters the matchup with a mixed bag of results, having secured three wins and suffered four defeats in their return to the National Basketball League.

Victories over Our Saviour, Kampala Rockets, and JKL Dolphins have showcased their potential, with players like Diopa Lukusa consistently delivering impressive performances with a double-double average.

Additionally, Bismarck Okot and Oscar Byomuhangi, both averaging double digits in scoring, pose a threat to the Oilers’ defense.

Despite Livingstone’s resilience, they face an uphill battle against the seasoned City Oilers, who aim to stretch their winning run to three games.
