Deputy Mufti Presents at International Islamic Conference in Nigeria

His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Ali represented His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda, by presenting a concept paper at the Annual International Islamic Conference organized by Daaru-Na’im Academy for Sharia Sciences in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The conference, themed “The Jurisprudence of the Sound Creed (Aqidah) & Contemporary Challenges,” was held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lagos, the former Nigerian capital. Participants came from several countries, including Uganda, Algeria, Mali, Gambia, Chad, Congo, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, among others.

The event was officially opened by Dr. Humaid Al Wuhaiby, Undersecretary of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da’wah & Guidance, on behalf of the Minister.
