Notorious sensational tiktoker Dr Cephco has trashed allegations that he abused the Mayanja family. Cephco added on that he has no reason as to why he has to attack the Mayanjas, and that they have never wronged him at any point.
The Mayanja family is the family that houses Ugandan musicians AK47 (the late), Humphrey Mayanja (the late) Pallaso, Weasel and Jose Chameleon. who are known for always defending each other and can’t allow anyone to disrespect them at any point.
Recently, a video of Dr Cephco leaked abusing and people linked it to the Mayanja family. He was immediately arrested by security but later released, and he came out to clear the air and denied attacking the Mayanja family.
Cephco added that he directed it to tiktokers and that it was not made for the Mayanjas. “I didn’t attack the Mayanja family, I have no reason to attack them. They haven’t done anything wrong to me and I can’t do something bad to them,” Dr Cephco cleared the air.
