Patrick Okidi | Dokolo, (Uganda): Popular aspirant Dr. Lalam Grace Annah Atine has successfully conducted most of her consultative rallies in most parts of Dokolo district as residents promised to vote for her in the forthcoming Woman MP by-election massively.
While meeting the residents of Angoromo village, Abalang parish, Okwalongwen sub-county, Dokolo North county in Dokolo district, Lalam said if elected into the position of Woman MP, she will ensure the youth are catered for via vocational skills empowerment and short courses. She challenged those calling to the youth “Owuwuk” that exactly what have such people done for the youth apart from calling them such unfriendly names.
Here she emphasized that she will struggle to provide the youth in Dokolo with income-generating activities such as piggery, poultry keeping, among others.
The consultative rally was held at Abalang village, Okwalongwen sub-county, Dokolo district, Judith Mooyao commended the team of Lalam for the unity they are showing to the people of Dokolo, nicknaming Dr. Lalam as “Lalar” meaning savior. Odongo Ocen, Chairman NRM caucus Dokolo district, rallied voters to confidently be prepared to vote for Lalam since she is committed, eloquent, presentable, and married in Adok sub-county to Alex Atine, and above all, she is financially stable. Lalam has teamed up with all the LC3 chairpersons and most of the district councilors in Dokolo District to hold consultative rallies and has overwhelmingly gathered support in almost all the sub-counties across Dokolo district.

Hon. Daramoi Bob, representing Bata sub-county in the district council of Dokolo district local council, has come out openly to say that the solution of poor roads, lack of clean water, unemployment for the youth and the key to Unity in Dokolo district is properly centered on Dr. Lalam Grace Atine as the best answer. Owera Alex, a prominent politician in Lango sub-region, narrated that Lalam can work with President of the Republic of Uganda Gen. Yoweri Museveni very well bearing in mind that she is not new to the party ideology. “We are not about the flag but about a presentable NRM member who can deliver and work closely with Gen. Yoweri Museveni Kaguta and in this case is none other than aspirant Dr. Lalam Grace Annah Atine.
Many NRM structures in all the sub-counties in Dokolo have expressed a lot of excitement and support regarding Dr. Grace Lalam’s ambitions for aspiring for the position of MP.
