Our immune system protects us against diseases. Your defense system must be ready against any problem at any time and defend strongly. So, what can we do to keep the immune system strong and always ready? We can start by eating right, staying away from stress and doing age-appropriate exercises regularly. What else should we do?

How to strengthen the immune system?

  • Consume meat, fish, milk and dairy products, grains, vegetables and fruits regularly.
  • Make sure you get regular and sufficient sleep.
  • Never smoke.
  • Avoid excessive alcohol use.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Be careful to maintain your ideal weight.
  • Try to stay away from stress.

Eat regularly and balanced

The first condition of keeping the immune system fit is to have a regular and balanced diet. Some foods carry high bacteriological risk. Everyone, not just individuals with weak immune systems, should pay attention to the following criteria in nutrition:
