King Saha Re-launches War At UNMF and Eddy Kenzo

The head of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), Edirisa Musuuza, better known as Eddy Kenzo, has come under fire from singer King Saha.

He claimed that despite receiving funding from the government, the federation and its citizens had kept it a secret from the general public. The Uganda Musicians Association’s (UMA) deputy president at the moment is King Saha. He intended to run for president, but sadly, there was no election.

After then, he was named deputy, but he hasn’t been as involved as Eddy Kenzo and his federation. He has made progress in ensuring that copy right laws are followed, despite the fact that it is a relatively new endeavor.

When Eddy Kenzo met the president, he pledged to support artists and ensure that they benefit from the business as much as they should.

According to King Saha, government had promised to give money to artistes worth 13 billions. The singer said the money has been given out but no one is talking about it meaning they might have shared it long time.

He said he knows how some people are hungry and probably no money will be shared among the others.

“No one is talking about it but government has already released money for artistes. It is in the federation and I think some hungry ones have distributed it among themselves,” King Saha
