His body according to eye witnesses was cut and bunt to ashes.A senior police officer at Bushenyi who never wanted to be named because he is not allowed to speak to the media told www.mknewslink.com that Ayikiriza Clinton the tenant of the deceased murdered him alone according to thorough investigations done by police.He added that the investigations they did exonerated the six suspects who included 3 women and 3 men.He noted that the killer, Ayikiriza Clinton killed the late Abias Asiimwe because of rent arrears which he was unable to pay.The killer appeared at Bushenyi chief magistrate’s court and was remanded to Bushenyi government prison[Nyamushekyera].He was not allowed to say anything because his case is of capital nature which is only tried by high court.
