Maroons FC secured their second consecutive win by defeating Busoga United 3-0 in a Uganda Premier League match held at the Prisons Ground, Luzira.

Maroons got off to a strong start with Fred Amaku scoring twice early on, first from a well-coordinated play with Ronald Orombi and then from a precise Fred Kigozi cross.

Abraham Tusubira added the third goal just before halftime, assisted by Amaku, who had bypassed the Busoga United defense.

The second half saw increased tensions, leading to the dismissal of Busoga United’s captain for a harsh foul on Jacob Okao.
