PLU boss Gen. Muhoozi  Kainerugaba has used social media platform as usual and said that PLU leadership will soon summon and discipline their own Frank Gashumba over M23 threats. Gashumba went mad when Prof Muganga who had been appointed a Ugandan minister was rejected by the Parliamentary vetting committee over multiple citizenship issues .
