Dear Colleagues Members of the 12th Parliament of Uganda.
I congratulate you all upon being sworn in as Members of the 12th Parliament.
I humbly express my interest in serving as the Deputy Speaker of the 12th Parliament. With my hybrid experience in law, leadership, parliamentary affairs, and international service, I believe I possess the knowledge, integrity, and commitment required to effectively serve our Parliament and the people of Uganda.
Over the years, I have built a strong professional and leadership background both in Uganda and internationally.

– Senior Advocate of the High Court and all subordinate courts.
– Former Vice Chairperson, Rules, Privileges & Discipline Committee, 10th Parliament (2016–2021)

– Tested and proven leader during the Age Limit debate.
– Former Board Secretary, Uganda North American Association (UNAA) (2015–2017)
