Abaho and Birungi
Grace Birungi a business woman and former wife of Abaho B. Michael is up in arms over the destruction of her matrimonial home at the hands of one Mpanga Christopher a suspected land fraudster in Entebbe and Wakiso district who is believed to have colluded with Abaho B. Michael.

Birungi complained today while meeting the RDC of Kajjansi together with Mpanga and some LC officials. However Abaho B. Michael dodged the meeting when he is at centre of this property dispute and scandal.
The Deputy Resident District Commissioner (RDC) for Kajjansi Town Council, Mr. Patrick Mubiru was today trying to mediate the two fighting parties ( Birungi Vs Mpaga and group).
“I have been frustrated by the Police in implementing court orders that would keep my matrimonial home safe but in vain. She reportedly told the RDC Mr. Mubiru.

I will not rest until justice is served to me and will move to higher offices seeking for my justice and that of my children while fighting for my property” Birungi reportedly told the meeting.
Mr. Mubiru.has promised to oversee the implementation of court orders that Madam Birungi will secure but Birungi complained that her home and land is being vandalized by land grabbers connected to Mpanga.
It is said that although Mpaga effected a botched purchase of Birungi and Abaho’s home and which has been contested by Birungi he has reportedly sold the same land to other purchasers who are presently making developments on the same disputed land.
It is said Birungi complained that at one time they destroyed the roof of her home and the boys quarters throwing out her people that occupied the house then.

Birungi explained that although she agreed to sale some of her property with the former husband (Abaho B. Michael) upon dissolution of their marriage some time back, Abaho B. Michael has reportedly cheated her and had gone overboard to sale their matrimonial home which should be kept for their children on top of selling part of their land at the same home in Entebbe.
“Mr. Abaho sold my school, I signed as a witness because we were working on a memorandum of understanding we made which he has violated but I will not look on as they make steps to cheat my home” Birungi reportedly told the meeting.
Abaho B. Michael a former SFC officer is said to have retired to Kiruhura district and has not been called to explain his side in this property dispute. It is not clear how he fell in the hands of land fraudsters who have scattered his family.
The botched sale of the home is said to have been supervised by FX Ogwado & Co. Advocates lacks a proper witness (no address, no contacts and the names are not well written on the agreement).
