The  Supreme Court of Uganda has not yet to pronounce itself  on the disputed mediation settlement agreement in Dr Buwule Kasasa versus Mutesa II family dispute.

The  family of the late Dr. Buwule Kasasa is embroiled in an over 20 years land dispute with the family of Ssekabaka Edward Mutessa II. The family also consists of the King of Buganda Ronald Menda Mutebil.
A court and family ( Dr. Buwule Kasasa) source have stated that the  Supreme Court of Uganda has not yet pronounced itself  on the disputed mediation settlement agreement in Dr Buwule Kasasa versus Mutesa II family dispute.

Early this week some sections of the media have run stories suggesting that the Supreme court had made a ruling which is a wrong fact.
“ In fact court will make its ruling on this mediation dispute next month. The parties involved have to wait for the outcome” a court official said.
