KCCA FC has secured the services of goalkeeper Mutwalib Mugolofa with a new three-year contract.
Mugolofa, who initially joined the 13-time Uganda Premier League champions in January 2024 on a short-term deal, has impressed the club’s management with his performance.
Over his four appearances, he managed to secure two clean sheets against UPDF FC and Wakiso Giants, showcasing his potential as a reliable shot-stopper.
A product of the FUFA Juniors League, Mugolofa honed his skills with Vipers Junior Team before advancing his career with stints at Kyetume FC, Mbarara City, and Jinja North.
In the recently concluded Uganda Premier League season, KCCA FC finished 5th, a performance they aim to improve in the upcoming season.
The Kasasiro Boys managed to keep only eight clean sheets throughout the season, with Mugolofa contributing two, Anthony Emojong five, and Derrick Ochan one.
