Katikiro Mayiga Receives Renewed National Identity Card, urge People to pick them

Mengo– The Katikiro of Buganda Charles Peter Mayiga has called upon all Ugandans who renewed their National identity cards to pick them from the recommended centers.

While receiving his National identity card at his office in Mengo on Monday, from NIRA team led by Robert Steven Kasumba, Mayiga stated that National Identity cards are so crucial especially during the planning process.

“We call upon all people to register and get National identity cards, also register the kids to be able to receive their National identity cards.”

This has come at a time when NIRA is in the process of bringing back National identity cards for those that renewed their cards last year.
