According to reports, a woman who was driving her car near Speaker Anita Among’s residence in Kampala is currently nursing bullet injuries, after being shot by JAT security personnel guarding the home of the speaker.
Sources say the woman who was reportedly driving a Toyota Harrier near the residence of the Speaker of Parliament at Mackinnon Road in Kampala City was shot at around midday but survived death.
Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Ms Racheal Kawala(in photo above) confirmed the shooting and the injury of a woman, but she said the details are still scanty on what led to the shooting and that they are also tracing for the victim.

She said they are tracing for the victim and they do not know where she is admitted and her condition.
