Rapper Faith Nanyanzi alias Felista Di Superstar’s “Felista Fest” 2024 Concert that had been scheduled to take place at Wankulukuku Stadium on 1st April 2024 has been cancelled.
Since then, Felista initiated the event build-up, and advertisements have been running on several media platforms.
However, based on the most recent development on her Socials, Felista has called off her event.
In the announcement made via her Official Facebook page, younger female rapper revealed that tearful she has decided to cancel her anticipated Concert after person who was in charge of organising her Concert made off with over Ugx 50M which was meant to organise the Concert.
She further declared exposing the photo of greedy man who went off with her Concert money and ruined her career so that rest of other uganda don’t fall into his trap.
However she suggested plans of rescheduling another better Concert soon.
Below is Felista Di Superstar’s full statement about the matter:
“To all my fans and supporters, am so sad to inform you that my maiden concert FELISTA FEST 2024 which was to take place at Wankulukuku stadium on Easter Monday is canceled 😭😭
This comes after the person in charge of this concert disappeared with all the funds close to 50,000,000/=which was ment to stage my concert!!!!!.
I have a lot of pain on my heart 💔but learnt that Uganda music industry is not a peace of cake to eat 😞😔
My supporter had decided to boost my career by funding this concert only to be ruined by a greedy man😡😡
Tomorrow, I am going to share the photos of this man and his name such that no one else falls into his trap.
Although all this has happened, I won’t give up on my dreams 💪 I will keep fighting because survival is for the fittest.
