Fans of Musician Cindy Sanyu have been left in a shock as she showed up for her recent musicial Performance with a protruding tummy raising speculations of how she might be heavily pregnant again with 4th Child.
Last in mid – April , Cindy Sanyu gave birth to a healthy baby ,her second with husband Prynce Okuyo Joel Atiku and her third child as she already had an older daughter.
The couple has since noted that they will surely expand their family further did not reveal how soon.

During weekend Performance in Munyonyo at Roast And Rhyme on Saturday while she was on stage with two queen dancers, the self- styled King Herself kept on pulling her throw on to cover her bluged tummy as the Performed her top songs with alot of energy.
But as she Performed ,she seemed uncomfortable as she was seen always adjusting around the stomach area raising questions of whether she is pregnant.
